Brokerin was first brought together by Nik Bulmer – a Chester-born professional with 15 years of experience in business development, organisational change, and as you’d expect… sales. The company is founded on a strong network, so it’s no surprise that the team brings together the best in the business and the top talent from around the country when it comes to sales.

For us, sales isn’t just about knowledge and understanding of processes - it’s about knowledge and understanding of people, too. This combination of working with people and processes is the real differentiator of Brokerin against the competition.

Philosophy

The Brokerin philosophy is nothing to do with what we’ve already done to revolutionise Sales as a Service.

Our story doesn’t even centre on where we’ve come from as a business steadily growing in reputation. Instead, our vision is about what we continue to do to innovate the sector, and where we’ll go from here to lead the industry as a Sales as a Service provider.

We believe our industry needs not only forward-thinking, but also the ability to see Sales as a Service as, so much more than recruiting to roles and plugging the gaps in sales teams. We’ve identified the need for a partnership model, and now we’re doing the work.
